I wish i had never bought this mop. It take so much time to get it all set up and when you do it leaves the floors soaking wet, i have tried all sorts of settings with the same outcome. You cannot clean the shower properley as within 30 seconds you cannot see for the steam. The window squeegy will not make a bit of difference as the steam is soaking the window as you are drying it, plus all the dirt just falls onto the frame. It doesnt clean grout or the oven as stated. I would not recomend to anyone.

I totally agree with everything you have said. What a total and utter waste of money. I would not recommend this product at all. I am currently trying to get a full refund. I think I may have a fight on my hand as according to the paperwork it has to be returned within 7 days. I have used it about half a dozen times and am totally unimpressed!!!

Don't worry about the steam! It will only steam for a max of 5 months and then pack up! I am on my third replacement in 18 months! Service when complaining is terrible as well! Shame I didn't find this site before I started!
