I had seen this advertised on one of the shopping channels and being an eco friendly person and not wanting to pollute our beautiful earth with chemicals and such like decided to give this a go.

It came direct from Thane via Interlink Express which was a very good delivery service and on time. The steam cleaner was easy to put together as it came in a small box.

I was really impressed with how easy it was to use. Steam cleaned my kitchen,bathroom and shower cubicle, and wooden floors.

Now, the good and 'could be improved' points?

Good; Lightweigth, easy to use, heated up really quickly, good control of the steam output for different tasks.

Improvements; Couldn't really fault the actual using of the steam cleaner, but just a couple points on improvement... the manual states maximum fill of water 400ml. So why is the water measure not 400ml in size? It's 250ml, and then increments that you can't possibly measure out the correct amount??

Why not put the measurements on the water tank itself?

I found the cable needed to bit a bit longer than it was.. and possibly more flexible?

The attachment hose needs to be longer too? It attaches to the bottom of the cleaner, and the device has to be kept vertical for the water to remain at the bottom of the tank... and as I was cleaning the shower glass it was quite difficult to reach the top without having to lift the whole lot chest height.
