Got this cause i've got 2 young kids and new puppy and thought it would be easier and more hygienic than an mop and bucket. And it was... absolutely fab. So easy to put together, store and fill etc etc, i was smitten. But one day I went to use it and there was no steam. Got it in August and this was october, only 3 months old and it was defunct. Its still under warranty and have found a service centre to look at it but unfortunatly their courier service doesnt seem to want to pick it up... (read more)

“The quickest and most effective way to clean floors”

This is a must have if you have tiled and/ or laminate flooring plus have children and/ or pets and find yourself having to wash floors regularly. I feel so much more relaxed about keeping the house clean because - even if dressed in my best - I don't have to get down on my knees to clean - I use my steam mop. It stores away without needing much space in the under-stair cupboard. When using I recommend having the extractor fan on or a window open because there will be some steam build-up -... (read more)
