Dreadful Service, Late Delivery, Faulty Goods...Avoid!!

I ordered a Bizley two-drawer filing cabinet on the 17 April 2013 and despite frequent phone calls and emails did not receive it until almost a month later. When it did turn up it was damaged and looked like a second as the doors did not fit or even line up properly!

When I phoned to say this was not acceptable, the company would not accept any of the blame themselves even though they admitted that it should have been checked before leaving their factory and just insisted that it was the suppliers fault and could not even promise a prompt replacement.

Found the guy I spoke to rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I now have to waste yet another day waiting around for them to pick the item up again. No real apology given so terrible levels of customer service.

So if you want to order a filing cabinet from this company and are happy to receive no confirmation of your order, spend hours chasing them, making numerous wasted phone calls, wait in for ages for something that will eventually turn up weeks late and is so poorly made and shockingly poor quality that it has to be returned - then Office Suppliers Supermarket are definitely the company for you...

Personally I would avoid them like the plague and will never use them again!!!
