Ordered a Dymo label printer that was on offer, buy one get one free. Price was more expensive than elsewhere, but 2-for-1 offer made it unbeatable... too good to be true! Waited 5 days for delivery before I emailed them. They said product has been discontinued although it is widely available elsewhere, and is still listed on their website! Even more annoying is I had to email them to get the refund processed!

BEWARE*******wouldnt touch this company with a bargepole!!! BEWARE any large ITEMS I ORDERED WERE DAMAGED SO I GAVE UP AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS!
I RETURNED THE GOODS TO THEIR COURIERS WHO GAVE ME A RECEIPT, HOWEVER EVEN AFTER DEMANDING A FAXED COPY, IT TOOK 2 WEEKS AND SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION TO GET A REFUND!!
THEY CLAIM THEIR POLICY FOR REFUNDS IS THAT THE GOODS HAVE TO BE RECEIVED AT THEIR SUPPLIERS BEFORE THEY WILL REFUND, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN COLLECTED FROM THE END USER WITH AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT!!!
NOT GOOD TO DEAL WITH AND ARE BASICALLY DROP SHIPPERS TYPE OF OUTFIT!

placed an order online for some cartridges, arrived the next day. Excellent!

Their website is easy to use, it's quick to register and place orders. I ordered some paper and cartridges a couple of weeks ago. Paper arrived next day and their customer service phoned me the same day to let me know that one of the cartridges was discontinued and not available. They offered me different brand which arrived the following day and was even cheaper. This came again the next day and I was credited the difference.
Excellent customer service and really happy with this company. Have used them since as they are much cheaper than Viking.

Orderered products all said they were in stock, was then advised they were out of stock ended up with £2.50 worth of products and paid £6 delivery....Phoned to complain and was told there is nothing they could do..Go elsewere.....

Great Service ordered my items from Paperpunch.com Online Stationery at 4.55 and had them delivered the next morning at 9.30am, Well packaged and great value.

I ordered an expensive diary from here last week, was told it was next day delivery. Didn't arrive, so I contacted them, and they told me I had been carded and it would be redelivered the next day...I work in a busy office, with secretaries available to take any parcels (I'm sure it happens that deliveries are missed, but the chances are low).

Sure enough, nothing arrived the next day. So I emailed them. No response. Next day I emailed every email I could find associated with the website (just incase the email address was for a guy on holiday) no response.

I then sent them an email advising I would be applying for a chargeback and making my experience known to other internet users (yes...I was that polite about it). No response.

It seems like a small company. I've ordered a few things online before (most of what I buy is online to be fair), but this has really put me off using small unknown sites like this.

difficult website - found it really hard to navigate around & add items to basket - will look elsewhere sorry!
