Competitive pricing and stock levels clearly shown, both extremely positive and encouraging,so you could rest assured placing an order you would receive the products required. Sadly the delivery service lets down their good stock availability and keen pricing, firstly it would be helpful to state what courier company they were using and indeed two more may used, then those of us with experience of the various courier companies could decide if we were confident our order would be delivered as per schedule.
Some of us have heard all the excuses for non-delivery from courier companies over the years. The fact remains you can have the best products and prices on offer,however it's all in vain if you cannot get your products to customers on time and you deploy a courier company whose systems do not register a non-delivery and their driver returning a parcel too his depot, due to the driver being unable to complete his delivery schedule. Many courier companies auto e-mail customers where they failed to make the delivery, so the customer can make a choice as to when and how their parcel will be delivered, this option is not available with their current courier and the customer is left with no information.
