  Being a university student, I used to buy a lot of things from my local Staples (Stoke On Trent) but it has really gone downhill recently. The staff are miserable and don't make any effort to get on a till and serve you, they just stand round doing nothing. Also, the product range isn't really that good, I have been in several times for basic things (for example, A4 cream card and ink cartridges) which haven't been in stock.
