Called them out to fix a pull switch in the bathroom which turns the shower on and off. Should have been a 30min job which took 1hr. Guy came and hadnt got the material to change it even though he knew what needed doing so you would think he'd have come prepared. So he went and bought one from b&q and charged us more than what the actual material cost as we looked at b&q. Although he didnt charge us for the time to pick the material up, it doesn't take an hour to change the switch. He basically dragged time out so we had to pay more. Was told 30min which would have cost £60. But got charged £170. So I definitely wouldn't recommend.

USE YOUR LOCAL TRADESMAN,WHO CHARGE SENSIBLE PRICES,DO NOT USE NATIONAL COMPANIES,THEY RIP TOU OFF,USE LOCAL OR TRADESMAN OR LOSE THEM.
