I rang for a toilet not flushing to be fixed. The company seemed reluctant to come out just for one small iteam so asked for a dripping tap and slow emptying basin to be fixed.
So in short:
1. Tap washer replaced.
2. Apparently sink cleaned with descaler.
3. Toilet ballcock replaced.
They were there from 11am to 12am and claimed to have fixed all three.
They charged:
£120 for labour
£30 for ballcock
£30 VAT
All for an hours work.
The tap still drips and the man apparently meddled with my spa bath for no reason - there was nothing wrong with the bath or spa.
The plumber who undertook the work took a call whilst in the process of this job and declined work on the basis that it was too small a job, not worth going out for'.
The company is overcharging and not trustworthy.

PLEASE USE YOUR LOCAL TRADESMAN,DO NOT USE NATIONAL COMPANIES,THEY RIP YOU OFF,KEEP BUSINESS LOCAL.USE US OR LOSE US.
