Jon July 13th, 2010 6:08 am This was a very helpful artcile. My company has been very interested in (yet extremely wary of) incorporating Ratings and Reviews. In my view, this set of best practices are spot on; which also means that it will be an even tougher sell in a risk-averse culture such as ours.For additional insights on this topic, readers may want to check out Jared Spool's hour-long presentation called Finding Treasures in the Amazon which he posted as a UIE podcast last year.
