GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT ONE!

Wish I had checked others reviews prior to ordering as may have gone elsewhere!
I ordered 08/06/16 it was an in stock item, so the "free next day delivery" sounded great as the mat had given way on our prior one, that lasted 13 years, hence decision to buy new rather than replace mat!
It's now 20/06/16, 12 days later and I have now been told its out of stock???? They didn't tell me, I've been calling them! Another delivery expected in about 3 weeks, would I like one reserved????
Well.... They have taken £299.99 of my money, they don't sound keen on refunding me, SO of course I would like one as not in the habit of giving away money!
Be aware, others have had similar trouble from reviews I've since found, fingers crossed I do get it soon!
