We found Bouncy Parties to be unreliable, unresponsive, obtuse, incompetent and rude - all the things you don't want from a provider of services for your party. The first time we booked a bouncy castle with this Orpington-based outfit they were simply very late - we made the mistake of giving them a second chance.
