“What a disgrace, wouldn't even recommend to my enemies!”

Oh my god, I have never been to such a disorganised shop in my life! The Manager, a small man with bad teeth tried to sell me everything in the shop and all I wanted was a simple commuting bike to get me from A-B, I only have a small budget and it seems to me that unless you are riding a new race bike then they don't want to look after you. I don't want lights, helmets or a lock, I already have these.
