I've made purchases at the Hemel Hempstead store on three seperate occassions and each visit the service I've received has been outstanding. Snow + Rock have a price-match policy and they really do honour it! I got price-matches on every product I bought from them (found cheaper elsewhere online etc) and I saved about £280 all-in-all. My purchases were snowboard related and the sales staff I dealt were obviously experienced snowboarders, which helped making the purchases that much... (read more)
