Local store took money for a tent to be delivered within 3-5 days, 2 weeks later still it received. No communication from either store or customer service. Now would like a refund but store refuse. Will never purchase anything from them again, staff are rude and unhelpful. Going to trading standards tomorrow as they are in breach of contract .

I agree. They seem to be frequently acting contrary to the law. Misleading advertising is a common one. Both in the Stroud and Tonbridge stores they have had large posters offering 'an extra 30% off everything' but the staff refuse to give the discounts. Emails to Customer Care (!) are ignored, facebook postings produce a promise to look into it but nothing is done, These companies should not be allowed to be in business. They are scamming customers out of the rightful discounts.
