After ordering goods online pre-xmas, I had to return one item. I tried to do this in store but BLACKS refused so I returned via post. After 28 days, nothing so when they were contacted on the phone all I got was that the cheque is in the post. When it did arrive, it was clear that the cheque was signed and authorised after my phone calls. All in all poor service waiting over five weeks for a refund when in this day and age even Millets ought to be able to refund directly into a bank account/card etc.
