I received a pair of Peter Storm Waterproof trousers for Xmas, unfortunatley i need a smaller size.Despite searching throughly for the receipt the person who bought them was unable to find it. I took the trousers with labels to my local millets only to be told by the assistant, 'sorry luv can't do anything without reciept' (pretty much after every question I asked) i did not want a refund just a smaller size! I understand that some people may try to pull a fast one, but what about the genuine customers that just want a product that fits? The assistant was bordering on rude, unhelpful and suggested I ask the person who gave my the gift to let me have a copy of their bank statement showing the transaction!!! Really????!!!! Not impressed Millets you really need to up your training in customer relations!
