“AWFUL AWFUL service and Rude Sales Assistants!!!!”

Bought a tent from the guernsey branch along with other camping equipment. The staff were disinterested and unhelpful at this point but I needed the tent the next day so no time to shop around. On return home i discovered the touch i bought didn't work so quickly returned it as my son was upset. They refused to exchange the touch for one that worked although they remembered me buying it earlier as I did not have my receipt ( we are talking about a £2 touch) they were very rude and unhelpful. I ended up buying another touch for my son and have since returned to get my money back which I failed again! They were extremely rude and again unhelpful. Millets equipment is cheap for reason it poorly made and they obviously spend no money on recruiting and training quality staff. AVIOD THIS SHOP !!!!!!!
