“Wrong item sent twice-international order”

Ordered netball shoes online, received wrong shoes.Paid over $50AUD they to return,they were only going to reimburse $14.95GBD as this was the cost I paid to have them delivered?...after hassling them they finally refunded my delivery costs.Had order resent to me have just received them, they resent the exact same(WRONG AGAIN)shoes sent the first time....it has been over 6weeks now I am waiting for the right order and my money back!!!order from another store
