“Very bad customer services in store and on head...”

I was unable to collect a cap I had ordered on line due to ill health. Sent my husband to collect and he explained I was unwell. They point blank refused to let him have the cap He had the order number and explained he had paid with his pay pal account, even went to car to fetch my disabled badge to prove he was my husband. He was told to phone customer services, which he did and found the person he spoke to rude and patronizing. He asked to speak to a superior and was told that was not possible. In the end my husband had to drive 15 miles home to collect me to drive me back to store to collect the cap. I really was not well enough to do this. It was my Grandson's birthday that day and I really wanted him to have the cap. Apart from the staff being rude this silly policy of nominating a certain person to collect order from store and only giving the order to that person and no one else under no circumstances is ridiculous. Plus they need to train their staff. When I first went in the store to look for caps was told they did not do them. I asked if he or other members of staff knew where I could buy one from. He asked another member of staff and was told they are just there behind that rail
