I'm writing a review in response to the treatment i received at the brent cross shop on 23/05/1991. Not only did i have to ask several staff members to take up a simple request (the first person barely able to speak english and the second too lazy), when i did finally get served after 20 minutes of queuing, i had the rudest young woman lie about me to my face in front of her manager all because she made a mistake when it came to pricing my items. I had bought two items to the till which were supposedly on a deal when bought together so i decided to ask whether this was the case. Firstly she said no such deal existed, then when i called over a manager (again barely able to speak english) and he proved it to her, she lied and said i only bought one item to the till. WHY WOULD I ASK IF A DEAL APPLIED TO ONLY ONE ITEM?? Beggars belief. That young lady deserves to be fired, the managers need to speak better english as do half the staff - and no that's not racism its about a customer wanting to be understood and not have their time wasted. Disgusting service, disgusting attitudes and it amazes me how that store is still even open. I Would give no stars if i could, if you decide to shop here be it on your own head but trust me, you'll get treated appallingly and that's even if you manage to find what your looking for and don't mind queuing for an age or being lied about.

Sorry in my response to my above review i meant the incident occurred on 23/05/2013 - no idea why i wrote 1991 lol sorry i don't know if there's an edit feature otherwise i would have changed it :)
