Been trying to order a few items off JD online - £250 worth which means i get free NEXT DAY delivery
- Day 1 tried to order, 'add to basket' tab wont work on Laptop, PC, or Phone
- Day 2 tried to order, 'select size' tab wont work on Laptop, PC, or Phone
- Day 3 tried to order, 'process payment' screen times out after entering card details. This isnt very promising not knowing if the money has been taken or if the order has worked. Turns out it didnt process nothing so a complete waste of time and worrying that my credit card details have 'vanished' into thin air so now i have to keep a close on eye on my statements. This is amature for a company like JD. Anyway day 4 i finally find a customer service number only to be told there site 'should' be okay and to keep trying. No. Further on they tell me i cant order the items over the phone and the only option i have is to go in store and they will order at the till, BUT i will have to pay for delivery! Absolutely disgusting they clearly dont want my money. And im not going into the Nottingham stores as the staff at both places are ignorant, rude and unhelpful. Its a shame for me because they have some cracking deals on.
I know lets move this business forward into the modern day by making it hard and near impossible for a customer to buy anything!!
