After ordering a Christmas present over two weeks before Christmas I have just received my refund.
Jd sports have been awful to deal with. Their customer services department is clueless, responding to emails only to completely miss the point "where is my order!". On more than two occasions I pointed out that the name they had responded to was actually their colleague! My delivery was showing as out for delivery, yet I had to complete a form to say I hadn't received it, even thought it was clear it hadn't been delivered. No replacement order was sent.
I also had my product review rejected as I pointed out the facts... that I was unable to review the product as I had not received the order and the customer services was poor.
