I recently bought some converse shoes from JD for a birthday present. Having opened the shoes, it was evident that the shoes didn't fit so i went to return them to the JD in Warrington. The staff accused me of wearing the shoes but they wouldn't return them. I asked for the manager and she refused to even come down from her office. All the staff was very rude and the whole customer service aspect of this store was straight out of the door. Terrible experience! DONT USE JD EVER!

never do it again ,the worst ever shop i have been into.it was the first time,and now its last time
i bought shoes yesterday while i was trying that shoes to c if i got the rights size,walking AROUND TO SEE IF ITS ALRIGHT,BUT THEN I DONT KNOW WHATS MADE ME TO BUY IT,WHEN I WAS IN STORE.AND AFTER THAT CHANGE MY MIN ,CAME BACK AND WANTED TO GET IT EXCHANGE.THE CASHIER MAN TOLD ITS RUIN WE CANT TAKE IT BACK,AND ALL THAT HAPPENED AFTER HALF AN HOUR SINCE I BOUGHT IT,AND I SWEAR TO GOD WASNT RUIN AN ALL WAS A LITTLE DUST AT BUTTOM,AND WAS NOT FROM ME
IT WAS from their DIRTY FLOOR .IT WAS REALLY DIRTY ,I COULD NT BELIVE IT WHEN HE SAIDA THAT TO ME WE CANT TAKE IT BACK
AS WELL HE GAVE THE THAT SHOES THE ONE WAS ON THE DESPLAY NOT A BRAND NEW SHOES,WHICH GOD KNOW HOW FEET WASS GOING INTO THAT PAIR OF SHOE,
ANYAWAY AT THE END WILL NEVER DOI AGAIN,STAFF ARE ,NO MANNERS AT ALL ,
