Having bought a pair of Mckenzie zero shoes for my son to wear to school was disappointed to find that after only 3 weeks wear they had holes in the heel.Phoned store to complain and was told that as no longer had receipt they could not exchange/refund as I couldn't prove they had been bought at jd (even though they are sold exclusively by them).Shop assistant admitted a pair had been returned only the day before with the same complaint.Definitely don't recommend shoes or store.
