“customer service very poor”

bought a tracksuit for my daughter which had 18-24 months on hanger when i took it home and had a look it had 12-18 months on label phoned up customer service to be told theres nothing we can do without reciept which is ridiuclous now im stuck with a tracksuit thats the wrong size and they wont even exchange to a bigger size which was thee mistake for having it on the wrong hanger!
