Bought my son a pair of converse from Londonderry branch of JD. They were too small and somehow i lost the receipt. BEWARE they will not even exchange, I asked the manager if I gave him the date and time that I bought the shoes could he not look the sale up on the computer, No. It is funny how most other shops can do this. It's not to say I was looking for a refund! Will never shop there again, wish I had read these reviews before I lost £42.00
