I went with my 20 month old son in the intention of buying him a sneaker. First, I asked an assistant if there is any provision to measure the shoe size. It was a 'NO' right on my face. I was told to try the ones that are on display. Then, I figured out the one that fits him well and asked them to get me the other pair in order to try that on. This was at 12.10PM. Finally, at 1 PM we walked out of the store having waited enough to get the other pair. This is in spite of asking them twice. When I told the security how horrible their service has been he pointed me towards the store manager. To my horror she said there is nothing she can do as there are too many customers and she cannot control what is happening on the upper floor. There was not even an element of sorry.
