After having cube road bike for 6 weeks and only using twice due to weather & work commitments i am now been asked to pay £300 for a new frame due to cracks in the carbon frame; after many trips/calls to JE James Sheffield to discuss and try to make some sense of why & how brand my new bike can crack after no more than 30K I've been left with the comfort that cube have offered to pay the other £300 of the full £600 cost.
After one call made to store to ask for a managers name to make a complaint in writing; my wife was told they don't give names and just to write it to the store manager; he was exteremly rude and condescending.
Having already paid £1200 for a bike that I was told is a best seller, safe, strong has lasted me 6 weeks I would be very weary of dealing with JE James as the after sales is...well there isn't any. Very disappointed.
