Purchased a pair of high value 'Bont' make cycling shoes from JE James cycles. Shoes were being sold with £34 discount off rrp. No other cycling stores at the time were selling for similar price.
Shoes arrived but were a size too small.Contacted company's customer services who couldn't do enough to assist me in the returning of the shoes and reordering a larger sized pair that were dispatched within a week or so. Very happy with shoes and the assistance of the company's employees particularly Glenn and Caroline.Very professional and contact was excellent.First class.Thank you.
