“Fast, Helpful & Obliging”

I ordered a Royal Racing Race Jersey to match the shorts i had already purchased for my husband to go to the Alps with . Upon realising that it was Sunday when i ordered them and he was due to leave on Friday, ( i needed them for Thursday.) Normal post may not allow this to happen but not if you buy from J E James Cycles. i contacted them on monday with my order number and told them of my dilemma. Not a problem. They contacted the warehouse and
i received a courtesy email saying they were trying to speed up the order dispatch. Then i received an email from DPD delivery service saying that my goods were on their way and would be delivered today. Tuesday.
Fantastic service. Am very pleased.
Thanks to J E James Cycles my hubby can go to the Alps with matching shorts and Jersey. :-)
