I ordered a Hamax Kiss bike seat from J E James Cycles for a forthcoming holiday to Centre Parcs.

After searching the Internet for days for the best price before ordering it I was a bit concerned I wouldn't receive it in time for our holiday. My fault as I had only ordered it a week before we were due to go. Still, I ordered the bike seat and sent an email to query how long it would take to come explaining my situation. I received a friendly email back from Carl who had taken it upon himself to personally ensure that my order would be received on time. He very kindly rang through to the warehouse and ensured that my bike seat was processed and despatched straight away. All this on the same day as receiving my email.

The end result was that I received my bike seat within 2 working days of placing my order. A brilliant service, especially considering it came with free delivery!

Overall I would highly recommend J E James Cycles. The service I received was far beyond what one would normally expect to receive from an Internet Company. My emails were always responded to in a prompt and friendly manner and nothing was to much trouble. They are also the cheapest on the Internet. I should know as I spent days looking before finally placing my order!

The bike seat is also fantastic. It is really sturdy and looks great. My little girl loves it and she can't wait to go cycling when we go on holiday!
