I was looking to purchase a set of Calloway irons via online but I sent an email to confirm that the iron set was what they were advertising. I got a reply saying YES and that they were GREAT irons. I then made and paid for the irons online and waited, and waited, and waited.
After their delivery time had run out (4/5 business days)I sent another mail asking where they were and over the next 2/3 days I conversed with 4 customer service agents, whose common theme was 'sorry for the inconvenience'.
Eventually, I told them that someone had to get a hold of this and sort it out and then I was told that there had been a 'stock discrepancy' ie THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM!!!
So, a total waste of time but hey they were 'sorry for the inconvenience' and that was all, not even a small sweetener for my trouble. I WON'T BE BACK.
