I bought my husband three items of clothing online, I called their help desk and asked about their returns policy, I was told no problem if I returned the items to my local American Golf shop they would call the help team and a credit to my account would be made. My husband didn't like the goods so I returned as advised (this is clearly explainled on the website) only to be told the items have to be returned to the head office and could take 7-10 days. I took goods back on 26th December today 5th January advised could still be some time.
Customer service shocking Karis on help desk just argues with any correspondences. very poor shopping back up. go else where!
