Things have changed at Global Golf...

I've ordered from GG a number of the times over the last 3 years. I've never had a problem until last week. I ordered a driver from them on a Monday morning and the order was not shipped until Thursday and I received the club the following Tuesday!! Are you serious?

I also traded in clubs on 3 occasions and they processed my trade in within 24 hours. Well, a week ago Friday they received my trade in clubs and I still have not received the credit for my clubs!! Their new company line is, "7-10 days". From this point forward I will only deal with the local stores here in Dallas. I will never deal with Global Golf again....PS if you order clubs you better choose next day, 2 day or 3 day or you will have to wait a long time to get your clubs...
