“No Customer Service!”

I purchased an R11 Driver in March, it arrived prompltly, great. The Driver was sent without the adjustment tool, therefor the Driver was unuseable. This was a gift to a very avid golfer that really wanted to use the club right away.
I wrote to the cutomer service and received a prompt reply on March 23, great, they were going to send teh tool and offered their apologies that the website did not indicate it would not be included!
I responded to that email approximatley 2 weeks later as I did not receive the tool. I got absolutley NO REPLY, I waited another couple of weeks and sent an emaill to general questions email, and again NO RESPONSE! Finally yesterday I called and got the typical call centre response so I asked to escalate my complaint to a manager. I left a message for "Dean Royale". Low and behold, the tool arrives when I get home.
Dean called me the following day defending the service by saying "well at least you have the tool now" and "in future I should be warned that merchandise is as si, and it is clearly described n teh sit ethat accessories are not included" huh?? my origianl email indicated an apology that it was not clear on their site that the tool was not included. Anyway we have the club and now the tool so it can be used,unfortunaltey already 2 months into golf season. In this day and age poor response such as this will kill their business, beware of what you are buying and don't expect any response to your complaints. Another iste will soon take their place!!
