Incredible customer service

I visited the Masters of Malt website to find interesting gins for a friend's birthday present. I settled on 10 samples of different kinds of gin. The descriptions and rating system on the website made it very easy to choose what to buy. I had some trouble with making the purchase because of some unrelated fraud activity on credit card. The customer service staff at Master's of Malt were attentive and extremely helpful in troubleshooting the online purchase. On top of that, I was worried that the package would arrive after my friend's birthday, especially since I was ordering from the U.S. and figured it would take awhile for the package to make its way to me. I finished the order on a Thursday and the package arrived by Tuesday! I would definitely recommend Master's of Malt.
