“Absolutely Appauling”

Bought a takeaway here for 3 of us, spent upwards of £40 on a meal. We always travel the 6 miles to this indian when we want a "decent" meal. I say decent in the loosest term possible. We have an indian right next door to us, but we used to have good food at this one which is why we chose to travel to them. twice now I have found hairs in my food. The first time it was baked into the naan bread, but I didn't make a fuss of it, and left it alone. This time I found the biggest blackest hair possible in my King Prawn Masala. I called them to complain and thought it was dealt with, then the manager decided to call me back to basically call me a liar over the phone and that he wouldn't refund my food. With this in mind I took all the food we had leftover (I found the hair whilst dipping a poppadum in the sauce) and marched down there with it. He obviously couldn't argue with the evidence when I showed it to him, as I have brown hair and my boyfriend has blond. I just wanted to warn everyone that the food is obviously unhygienically prepared, and their customer service is beyond a joke!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
