“VERY QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE”

We have just had solar panels fitted last week and already generating our own power. Our salesman was very good, we had to cancel our appointment twice and he was very understanding of our personal situation,he explained everything in easy to understand language and in great detail.In just over one week,the surveyor and been and the fitters had fitted the panels on the roof of our bungalow in Poringland,The electrician had to come the following day and connect it all up.They were all very... “Great service with no hassle”

We have been toying with solar for a few years now and found staybrite to tick all our boxes. The consultant was very helpful and gave us the time we needed as we had alot to go through from all the various info we had printed of the internet. The best thing we found was the speed in which it all happened because its a big investment to make so the quicker they acted on my order the quicker I started to get all the benifits. Had a solar system fitted last month, working well, FIT explained brilliantly. Setup quick and fast, left no mess, very tidy and professional. The gentleman who came round originally helped us out massively and has been on the phone to us checking that everything is fine with us, and is also generating us referrals to get the cost of our system back even quicker. Very pleased with my panels , and the efficiency of the fitting. The FIT paperwork was a challenge , but we managed it in the end. Had a low energy report, and had to go on the lower tariff for the feed in. Am now getting quotes for exterior wall insulation, which when done would put me on the higher tariff. (read more)

Unusually for companies these days Staybrite delivered on their promise of a quick and trouble free Solar PV installation. Three weeks from signing with the salesman to having a working installation on the roof of our bungalow. No high pressure sales tactics apart from the one very public and quite amusing call back to base by the salesman to report that we would not sign on the first visit :) The surveyor also tried to persuade us to sign up with Utility Warehouse but again no pressure... “air to air heat exchange by staybrite solar”

We have just had air to air heat exchange units installed and wish we had done it earlier. Obviously we need to await the changes in our bills; but our heating is supplied by gas and as we all know this is costing more almost daily. Our heating has been on since this was installed but at a lower temperature and reheating has occurred less often. Our room temperatures however have maintained as normal. I live in GORLESTON NORFOLK and i had 8 solar panels fitted in OCTOBER 2012 i was so pleased with the service the way the salesman explained how they work the money i could save and the way the work was carried out by JUST THE JOB no mess or bother. I am so pleased i have now decided to have air to air warm air heating installed 2 units one in loung and one in kitchen , so the power i am generating from the panels will run the heaters and i will be using a lot less gas plus in the summer... “Airsource home heating”

The two units I've had installed replace oil fired central heating radiators in a livingroom and bedroom in my rural bungalow. They are efficient and less obtrusive than I thought they would be. The installers were excellent, professional, polite and helpful. The surveying and installation work proceeded rapidly and without any problems. I find the remote controls timing operations unsophisticated, only one ON or one OFF time can be programmed which means occasional daily adjustments. (read more)

I was contacted by this company by phone & agreed to visit on the basis that I just wanted the facts and rough costs of a system. The rep arrived on timre & I again stated thet I was not intending to purchase and it was just fact finding and costing exercise. After 2 1/2 hours of boring facts and refusing the deal on offer I still had trouble removing the rep from my house. He insisted on phoning his office and reporting this fact. Having placed my order, I was kept informed of progress regarding surveyor's visit and was able to agree an installation date of my choice. The installation team arrived on time, and the panels were installed within a couple of hours (8 panels on an "easy" roof!). Two electricians completed the job with no fuss or mess and I had the fun of watching my electricity meter go backwards as I immediately started to generate electricity. We had Staybrite Solar out to quote us for 8 panels for our home as we wanted to get in before the FIT tariff changed. We had a lovely guy come out to us who explained everything in simple terms so we understood and knew exactly what we are buying, how it worked and the return on investment we could expect to gain from purchasing the panels. Our home has three adults (incl grannie) and four teenagers. Electricity bills are horrendous but we couldn't raise £9-£10 thousand pounds to have solar panels fitted even though we have a good roof. Staybrite Solar came along and found us a way which cost us what we felt we could afford.
