Staybrite Solar were super-friendly, helpful and efficient until we paid them the £5000 or so. Then, having installed the panels (2 attempts), all communication ceased as if they had suddenly gone out of business. Emails were not answered; 'phone calls back never arrived (to date), though promised.
An early email, promising help with filling in FIT forms and offering to supply the correct forms for changing energy provider was not honoured. As a result, we changed energy provider, which took a month, and lost all of our Feed-In Tariff for at least the first month of operation.
Nobody has signed the 10 year warranty.
Nobody has signed our receipts for payment of the final amount.
The MTS(?) discount card has not arrived.
It seems impossible to get the scaffolding taken away. In fact, I am thinking seriously about eBaying it...
