The customer service team can pride themselves on communication, I was regularly updated on progress and always supported with regards to further documentation. The whole process was efficiently and effectively managed, with no pressure to purchase. The installation team were on time and polite, very knowledgeable and were able to identify an issue with my awkward property early on - avoiding long term risk. The panels look good and PSUK have kept in contact since, helping with applications for feed-in tariffs. Now I am looking forward to referring friends and family to this excellent service so I can make further savings. In future, PSUK would benefit from giving surveyors further installation training and ensuring good cooperation between the two teams so potential issues can be identified even earlier.
