I considered solar panels for some time ,so when I was contacted by Project solar ,they had my attention straight away ,things were explained well and no pushey sales patter.
The surveyor was polite and took time to explain the process and any confusion was quickly answered then and any time after via email or phone .
The fitting process was painless as two polite fitters turned up on time and did a clean and efficient job , explaining the system to me and help applying for the feed in tariff.
The customer care team have contacted me on several occasions asking if everything is ok and answering any questions I have , which to me is a nice touch .
