Excellent,friendly and efficient team throughout. All queries answered to our satisfaction. The installation team arrived in the morning and left mid afternoon. No fuss,no mess explained things thoroughly,a tip top job, well done and thank you. The solar panels have already made a difference and look better than we thought. We have no dislikes but would prefer to have instructions in writing on what the readings on the owl website mean, perhaps an explanatory leaflet could be given at time of installation. So that it can be studied at leisure. Everything was explained at length and our questions answered before our decision to purchase was made, we felt that everything was covered thoroughly.
