The open and straightforward approach of representative from Genius who visited to discuss our requirements impressed me. The quote from Genius that followed was competitive, and then they demonstrated flexibility in revising and refining their proposals and prices better to match what we needed for our out-of-the-ordinary roof space. It is rare to find a company that offers such a high and complete standard of customer care as Genius Energy. I can honestly say that I cannot fault them in any way. The representative who first contacted us really listened to what we wanted and why we wanted it. He did not just offer us a quick “off-the-shelf” solution but prepared a detailed offer that really fitted our requirements and made maximum use of the roof we had available as well as talking us through all the various cost... Genius Energy have now installed two systems for me, one at my offices and one at my home and I can only praise them for the professional approach both from the admin and sales teams to the installers and electricians.
