From the outset communication was very clear, friendly & informative. Staff were very efficient & knowledgeable & the products supplied, competitively priced & the best available on the market. Everyone obviously had pride in their work & were proud of the ethics & to be employed by the Company. I firmly believe that happy staff make happy customers & plentiful supplies of tea & coffee helps to contribute. The only recommendation I could make was for the surveyor to wear overshoes when he undertook the internal loft inspection. Overall, excellent all round & I have happily recommended to many friends & acquaintances.
