I had an installation done by this company and they gave me a 10 year guarantee. Now a fault has developed and I have phoned five times now only to be told by the one member of staff on customer service (she says!) that the only thing she can do is pass a message onto the engineers and they will contact me to make an appointment. The engineers never phone back. When I asked for a direct line to the engineers I was told that they do not take incoming calls. I asked to speak to a manager or director but was told that she was the only employee in the whole office. (Lonely job!). I will keep phoning but this is an unacceptable state of affairs.
