Our Bosch Worcester boiler decided enough was enough last Christmas (2016). A Shade Greener was one of the more competitive and no-nonsense quotes we had. On the day of fitting our new Viessmann boiler, the workmen encountered some difficulties; for example finding a local trade outlet to replace roof tiles. I was impressed with their general tidyness and respect for our property; clear plastic sheeting was used throughout for example. I did however have to clean dust and debris from the top of the boiler before replacing towels and bed linen in the airing cupboard. After the work there was a minor technical issue which was soon rectified. Communication with the sales team was friendly and helpful.
We are still at an early stage in our new boilers' life; the experience so far has been painless and encouraging.
