I have never signed up on wayn.com. In January, I noticed two charges on my credit card statement - 1 for $29.97 and 1 for $19.97 to wayn.com. I had never even heard of it until that day. I assumed that someone had stolen my card number, so I cancelled it and disputed the charges which were credited to my account. Now wayn.com is disputing the credit and my account has been charged again! I repeat, I have NEVER signed up on this website and I don't understand why they are charging me. Now I have to go through a complicated appeals process to get my account credited again. Any reputable web site would have accepted the dispute since I never signed up for it.
