WAYN is to my mind the best travel community sites out there - I am yet to find another site that allows me to meet so many people from different destinations and based on common interests. I was planning a trip last year to Mexico and thanks to WAYN, I have managed to get a lot of tips and insights onto the local culture before arriving and got a lot of useful tips. I also managed to meet a few WAYN members when I was out there and now these are good friends of mine. On the negative side, i think WAYN could simplify some of the sections of the site like the Friends of Friends section which could be so much more powerful but the current layout on that channel is somewhat of a let down. WAYN.com is certainly a must visit for anyone who has travel in his/her genes!
