All of you guys make esquire and check all about nannyclub ..they just ask for money wont give people to jobs ..don't trust them

Terrible terrible company. A lot of people have problems with this company. There is a lot of nannies talking about how bad they are on nannyjob forums . The 5 star reviews are fake .

The nanny club only want your money , full of promises . I paid a fee for a full membership , initially everything was excellent . I attended the paediatric first aid course and the common core skills . The other courses I applied for which we're meant to be included in my membership were on line bookings , to which I got cancelled twice due to overbooking . Strange as I booked well in advance advance . Obviously they had my money so no problem to bump me off .. Since them I have applied online for several jobs over 6 months . Not once getting any feed back . Only automated messages asking me to upgrade and pay more money . I questioned my job applications with what sea to be the manageress.

Didn't get my crb back. Courses are rubbish. Do not waste your money and sign up, what a joke

To all nannies! Awful, non professional staff, no communication, no job! waste of money (I spent 99£ for gold plus membership and all I achieved was first aid certificate) It wasn't easy as well. I had trouble because they cancelled the course once, then when I rebooked it and I went on that day they said I'm not on the list. Only because I was stubborn I was allowed to stay for the course. By the way on the website they say if you are gold plus member your CRB check is FREE! No its not! You need to pay for it. Once they receive the money they don't care at all. You can call, leave messages, email them, but they will not respond. Every time I call regarding positions (which they have soooooo many on their websites, by the way all very well paid) nobosy is picking up the phone or very rare IF the pick up they answering shortly 'we are sending your cv, we will let you know if things will change, So many times I tried to book events and other courses but no answer' I never received confirmation email. And of course I dont need to mention that I never had interview with any family. They are not genuine. They dont do what the website says. Don't waste your money, Don't sign up.

The Nanny club gave me price for Value: 5 courses, met parents and apply for work for £99. To be able to take Paediatric First Aid and Common Core Skills included in the course package of the Nanny Club, is BARGAIN!!! The staff is very friendly, I really really recommend Nanny Club.

Calling this agency the worst club ever is an understatement. They are not professional at all, all they want is the money they can get from you. They shouldn’t be allowed to exist at all let alone have anything to do with children. Once I paid them the money required, that was it for them, no more communication no matter how hard you tried. Before I paid them, they called me more 5 times in a day, checking to see if I have paid online as promised. Please, save yourself the headache, don’t go near this!!!!!! Am in the process of taking them to court to claim my money back for money paid and services not received. I wish I read the posted honest reviews before using this organisation.

I have send my details for CRB back in October and still waiting for it.Every time I call them or leave a message to call me back I receive no reply. I have to chase them to get my answers. I got the feeling once you pay your membership fees they don't care about you or your calls. I would never recommend Nanny Club to my friends or enemys.Stay away from it!!!

I was looking at the reviews. But I couldn't agree with some of the comments. I have taken a Gold Plus membership with them, I asked them before taking the Membership about CRB (DBS), they told me about the fee. I don't understand how people can think that with 99 pounds they will get four courses and CRB as well when for the CRB Government takes 44 pounds fee. Also you cannot apply alone you need to go through a Government Agent. Their courses was very professional, the staffs wasn't bad. I paid the less I guess. I have contacted some other agencies, the Paediatric course is £100,Common Core and Knowledge Course is £140 and for CRB was another £100.I have got both courses I need for OFSTED voluntary registration within £99. I was looking for after school jobs and they gave me 2 interviews within 2 weeks.I managed to get one job near my house. So far I am impressed with nannyclub, I think I had a good deal with them.

Yh is true the teachers r briliant but the agency and the person tht run it r the most unprofessional people.i did pay tht membership do I could gety first aid common core course and my crb. Surprise surprise when it did come to the crb check they will be asking u got more money.what did really annoying me was tht when I called them I asked them 10 times if for sure is everything is included in the membership and they said YES. Well is all a lie. Trying to call, text, email, to get explication , no answer. Don't trust this agency. If u don't wanna be in my situation then do go somewhere else and do what u need to do. I'm not the only person in this situation.to a lot other girls happend the same. Been waiting since sept for my crb but she never bother to let me know about all changes. When I txt all I received was an email tht I have to pay extra money. After no answer for any explication.

I have had a Paediatric First Aid course with nannyclub only for £49.The course was very very informative along with practical.Certificates,refreshments,books and notebooks are all included on the price.The staffs was quiet nice, they have confirmed me regarding place and time twice.After having the course I decided to go for their membership when they had explained the benefits.I think they are quiet cheap compared to other agencies. One of the lady took my requirements carefully and patiently listened to me for long time to ensure proper match for me.One more thing I would like to add,when I have money on 2014 I would pay for GOLD plus membership as I can do more course any time I want within the year.There are three or four courses for only ninety nine pounds and 95p. I definitely recommend nannyclub.They are really good.

I did my Paediatric First Aid course and Common Core Skill and knowledge course for OFSTED registration at nanny club.The courses was very gooode professional and covered all I need.I just love the teacher 4 Paediatric First Aid Course,he is very helpful and nice.The staffs were really helpful as well.We had refreshments.They have given me confirmation emails along with phone call even a text reminder in last evening. I have a full time job now after getting Paediatric First Aid course and CRB check from nanny club.I have paid government agent fee only £54,which is really cheap compared to other companies that charged over £110.Before signing up I have contacted one of their customer from the testimonials in person,she gave me excellent review on nanny club.Her name is Szabina. So far my opinion for nanny club is cheap and reasonable.I have recommended some of my friends to them as well.

It's not true that you have free CRB with them, it is just that they do it for you without a handling/admin fee! They ask you to pay for extra for the government agent charges that are only mentioned in the terms and conditions! After paying in August nobody responded to my emails, no confirmation about courses that you want to book! They only just contacted me in November and are now asking me to pay more!

This membership gave me the opportunity to assist in one of their events (parents who meet carers) in London. I went to the event and the atmosphere was really comfortable and I met some nice nannies. Also I had an interview with a mum and now I am working for her so I am really happy. I get a job rapidly and easily and I met good people in a place where I had a good time.
